Kanye West’s Album, ‘Donda’ Release Reportedly Delayed By 2 More Weeks

Kanye West’s new album “Donda’ was supposed to be released yesterday, 23rd July 2021 but has now been postponed for 2 more weeks.

Donda is named after Kanye’s mother, Donda West, who died in 2007 aged 58. She is reportedly heard on the album introducing a song.

Kanye has an existing reputation for missing the release dates of his projects. Something fans have had to get used to overtime and has now become amusing to them.

The rap legend held a massive listening party at the Mercedes-Benz stadium in Atlanta, and was attended by approximately 42,000 fans who paid between #10,000 – #50,000 per ticket.

As per Kanye fashion, he reportedly turned showed up at 9.50 pm EST, after the scheduled launch time of 8 pm. According to USA Today, West apparently said nothing during the 48 minutes he spent roaming the stadium floor. Fans instead played the new material loudly over stadium speakers.
